And the Gobbling Has Been Completed

This was my first Thanksgiving with just Jeff. It was the two of us, no friends or family. It was weird. We had a lovely and traditional dinner at an amazing restaurant. I think I was feeling a bit melancholy for the chaos of cooking and sitting down to a crazy full table.

It didn't feel like Thanksgiving, but this is a new chapter in our lives. I know we both feel so blessed to hve this opportunity to explore different sides of the country.

We head out tomorrow for the Black Hills. I have really loved this place. The locals are so friendly. But I know we are both ready for a change of scenery.

Actually, the secenery is gorgeous, it's the tiny cabin we are ready to leave behind. Loki takes up most of the room.

Although, this experience has definitely shown me that Jeff and I can do anything together. If we haven't killed each otber by now, we are unstoppable. #CabinFever
